Mary Corrinne Lambert
Mary Corrinne Lambert, 87, of Balm,
Florida passed away at home on
November 11, 2018. Born in Tampa,
Florida to Travis Davis and Lela Marion
(Simpson) Davis on April 30, 1931.
She was preceded in death by her
husband Louis Gillen Lambert, her
parents, her brother John T. Davis and
granddaughter Jessica Holbrook. She is
survived by her daughter Sharon (Rob)
Richards, daughter Denise (Roger)
Holbrook, her sister Pearl “Irene”
Pena, her brother Kenneth J. Davis, two grandsons, three greatgrandchildren,
nieces, nephews and many other loved ones.
“Corrinne” grew up in a Christian family, loved country and gospel
music, wildlife, Mother Nature’s creations, working the family farm
and fishing. She had an innate love of music and enjoyed singing
with her husband Louis and their band “The Country Ramblers.”
Corrinne, Louis and the Country Ramblers performed for more than
a decade throughout the Tampa Bay area and neighboring counties.
She had a powerful — yet smooth and melodic tone that brought
much joy to anyone who came to hear the band.
Corrinne loved wildlife and felt a connection to their spirit like so
many native people do. Her love of all
things Mother Nature could be seen
in her front garden and was from a
clipping off her Mama’s bush. It was
her Seven Sister Roses grown using a
technique her daddy taught her when
she was young. Corrinne grew up on
the Davis family farm and learned to
plant and harvest crops and worked
many hours with her parents and
siblings, which was their main source
of income. She also had a love for
fishing, which came naturally to her,
and she always had a funny story to
tell about a fishing trip she had taken.
These stories and even the smell of
smoked mullet can take us on a journey back in time.
She will be greatly missed by those who loved her. We shall all
meet again some day.
Dale Beasley
Dale Beasley, 57, of Ruskin, passed in
his sleep on Sunday, November 11, 2018.
He was born August 16, 1961 in Tampa.
He grew up running barefoot through
scrub forests and playing pranks. He
worked very hard in Lawn Maintenance,
starting his own successful business and
providing for his family.
Dale found his joy outdoors —
fishing,
hunting, telling hilarious stories, and
playing bluegrass music. To know Dale is
to love him. Dale is predeceased by his
father Frank Beasley and survived by his
wife Cindy, son Jordan, two daughters
Candace and Rachel, mother Joan, brother Clif and sisters Linda
and Frances.
“Sometimes ordinary people have the greatest gifts to give.” —
Dale Beasley sang in a song he wrote about his grandparents, called
“Ordinary People.” And for Dale, this was surely true.
