Need some space?

Are you planning a party or family get-together this summer? Will you be hosting it in your backyard? Huh. I think summer, I think bugs, heat, and, of course, our lovely rainy season. What if you had another option? Now, that’s a lot of questions. Let me give you some answers, instead.
Did you know that inside the Sun City Center Area Chamber of Commerce, we have a conference room and an events hall? Yes, we do. And we rent both out to the public for all kinds of events. The conference room is the perfect setting for your board or committee meeting. We’ll even let you borrow our board’s gavel for your meeting.
Our events hall is 3,800 square feet, which is perfect for fundraisers, banquets, annual meetings, church gatherings, birthday parties, wedding receptions, celebrations of life and more. We even have groups who rent out our events hall on a weekly or monthly basis. Capacity is 200 for theatre-style seating and 110 for table seating. Access to our catering kitchen is included, and tables and chairs are supplied. In addition, the events hall has two 65-inch television monitors perfect for presentations. Our members and nonprofit groups receive a rental discount. But our rental fees are reasonable even for non-members.
So now you know. But so do a lot of other residents. If you’re looking for that perfect venue, you better let us know quickly to get your reservation locked in. Still not sure? Stop by the chamber, and I’ll give you a tour. Even though I’m sure your new deck is lovely, don’t let your poor family get eaten alive in your backyard. The Sun City Center Area Chamber is located at 1651 Sun City Center Plaza — next to the Payant Financial Plaza. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Come on down to check out our space — and reserve yours.
