Touch a Truck in Bradenton

Published on: December 28, 2017

Just a reminder that Downtown Central Library’s annual Touch a Truck event is taking place this Saturday, December 30, from 11 AM to 2 PM.
It’s a great family event where kids can climb and sit in trucks of all types (e.g. construction, public safety and service vehicles).
There are always lots of smiles and proud faces of kids pretending to drive and honk the horns (that seems to be a favorite).
We’ve held this event for the past few years, and it is always well attended, even with rain like last year. This year, however, our Facebook event listing shows a much bigger interest in it. Currently, 83 (parents/guardians and their kids) are planning to attend and nearly 700 are interested.
This is the Facebook event link if you’d like to share this event or save as a reminder:
Downtown Library is located at 1301 Barcarrota Blvd. W., Bradenton 34205 (along Riverwalk).
