Winners have been announced in the January competition of the Sun City Center Photo Club. Two perfect scores were awarded by club judge Rolf Sultzberger: Bobbie Ray received a perfect score for Pitcher of Magical Lights; and Jackie Hanson received her perfect score for The Cat from Hell.
In the Color Print category, at the Master level, Jackie Hanson won a gold for Soft Landing, and Stan Lipski won silver for Biking To Sullivan & Sons. At the Advanced level, Pat Jones received a gold for Broken Window. At Level 2, Rose Stack received a gold for Beached Buoy. In the Unassigned level, Ted Giencke won a gold for A Guiding Light and God’s Creation and Celia Staples won a gold for Moon Glow.
In the Creative Arts Print category, at the Master level, Jackie Hanson won a gold with a perfect score for The Cat from Hell, and Stan Lipski won a silver for Eat Fish – Live Longer.
In the Monochrome Print category in the Unassigned level, Madlyn Blom won a gold for Poly Tech Dreams, and Ted Giencke took silver for Caution – Caution in Flight Collision.
In the Color Digital category, at the Master level, Gayle Fisher won a gold for Balancing Water Drop and Norfolk, Virginia, At Christmas. At the Advanced level, Bobbie Ray won a gold for Aqua Luces Tampa Bay. At Level 2, Cheryl Levin won a gold for Scrap Electronics Components, Blue. Silver awards were given to Ron Shackelford for Pine Island Lizard, Gina Hebert for Red Hot Lily, Roger Kele for Watch Your Step and Alan Maser for Studying the Quran. At Level 1, Erica Collins won a gold for Springtime Splendor and Fred Durr won a silver for Butterfly on Flower. In the Unassigned level, Bruno Graziano received a gold for Forestport Reflection and also won a silver for Yellow Corvette.
In the Monochrome Digital category, at the Master level, Gayle Fisher won a gold for The Execution, and Robert Winch won a silver for Above the Library. At the Advanced level , Bobbie Ray won a gold for Remnant of A Past Life. At Level 2, Gina Hebert won a gold for Symmetry. At Level 1, Fred Durr won a gold for Moss-Laden Trees, and Erica Collins won a silver for Brick Road Home. In the Unassigned Level, Carol Deldhauser won a gold for Reflection, and Bruno Graziano won a silver for Ginko Fall.
In the Creative category, Bobbie Ray won a gold with a perfect score for Pitcher of Magical Lights. Silver awards were given to Peter Bates for Odd Sunset and Rose Stack for The Eye of The Storm.
