Poem by Ron Tranmer
We little knew the day that God
was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly,
in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you.
You did not go alone,
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories.
Your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you
You are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken
and nothing seems the same,
but as God calls us one by one
the chain will link again.
Six words that sum up Lois’ life: Strength, Love, Compassion, Support, Friendship and Laughter.

In Memory
Helen Tincher Benton
You would be 100 years old
on October 5th, but
God had other plans for you.
Not a day goes by
I don’t think of you,
and I am looking forward to the day we meet again.
You are in the place you talked about so much,
looking down on me and my family. I love you so much, Grandma,
and you are more than just a memory, but a stamp on my heart.
