The Firehouse Cultural Center, or FCC, in Ruskin hosted students, ages eight to 14, at its Summer Arts Camps. The camps began in early July and featured theater, clay and cast classes, musical theater and robotic arts. Pictured here are students from the Curtain Up, Applause! group performing the musical Way Out West In A Dress on Friday, Aug. 1. The camps were billed as offering four different types of art to entertain and educate students. FCC programs encourage participation, engagement, discovery and learning.
