In the April 3 issue of The SCC Observer Paddy Cooney did an excellent job describing the “paradise” we have here in Sun City Center. The writer had my rapt attention for a while.
There is a big difference between having enough money to get married, buy a home or both. These decisions are made between one or more people and the lending institution. The borrowers alone are responsible for repayment.
The SCC Community Association has always been a “pay as you go” community and, hopefully, will remain so. Should the CA decide to investigate, I think they will find a theater was not a high priority on the survey that was taken.
