Agnes D. Clough
Agnes D. Clough, age 85, died February 22, 2014, at her home in Sun City Center, Florida.
Born in Troy, N.Y. on July 19, 1928, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen Fitzgerald Moore. She was a graduate of Troy High School. Following her marriage in 1948, she moved to Blue Point, N.Y. and was employed by the Bayport-Blue Point School District for 28 years as a school secretary.
She was the beloved wife of the late Charles A. Clough, who died in 1991, and devoted and loving mother of Paul and Lynne Clough of Bellport, N.Y and Peggy Ann Lauper and Robert Lauper of Oswego, Ill. She was the proud grandmother of seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
A private family memorial service will be held in March.

Leoni Loretta Merrell
Leoni Loretta Merrell was greeted by her Lord and Savior February 15, 2014. Loretta was born April 4, 1920, in Old Sun City (Cockroach Bay), Fla. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edgar Merrell; parents Nebraska Buzbee Sr. and Leoni (Denson) Buzbee; sister Cedella Pellum; and brother Nebraska Buzbee, Jr.
She is survived by sons Leon (Cassie) Merrell and Ralph Gordon (Wanda) Merrell; numerous grandchildren, great- and great-great-grandchildren; and sister Edna Connell.
A graveside Memorial, officiated by Johnnie P. Denson, will be held at 11 a.m. on March 1, 2014, at Gulf City Cemetery, Ruskin.
There will be a Dinner Fellowship immediately following at the home of Donnie and Gloria Connell, Uncle Brack Road, in Old Sun City. Bring a covered dish and your memories.
