Loretta L. Taillefer, 84, passed away on Tuesday, March 1, 2011. She was born on April 12, 1926 in Burlington, VT to Joseph and Lena Latulippe. For several years she has resided at Palm Gardens of Sun City Center. She was predeceased by daughter Donna Murray, sons John “Butch” and Larry  Murray, step-sons Steven and Curtis Slyvester; grandson David Patrick Murray, son-in-law, Bobby Dowd and daughters-in-law Kathleen ‘Duck’ Dowd, Gladys and Christine Murray. Survivors include two sons, David (Sheila) Murray of Pembroke, ME and Ruskin and William (Jeanne) Murray of Pembroke, ME.; daughter, Joyce (Fred) Doss of Lewisburg, WV.; step-daughters, Yvette Love of Seffner and Lisa Gracia of Ruskin; brother Elmer Latulippe of Burlington, VT.; sister, Connie Gauthier of New Haven, CT and her husband Ray Taillefer of Riverview. Also numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.Funeral services were held, Friday, March 4 at Hillsboro Memorial Funeral Home in Brandon. Interment was at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens in Brandon where she was laid to rest next to her beloved son, Butch.
