The monthly meeting revealed growing success of chamber.

Hundreds of business owners and representatives from Tampa Bay area businesses turned out for the monthly membership meeting and luncheon for the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce on August 28.  The meeting was held at the Regent community center near the Winthrop Town Center.  The event was sponsored by the Law Office of George Hunter, P.A. and featured Florida Supreme Court Justice Peggy A. Quince as the keynote speaker.  Also during the meeting, Molly Blanton representing the Boy Scouts of America - Gulf Ridge Council, Mary Boyd of C1 Bank and Elijah Heath representing the FishHawk-Riverview Rotary Club were introduced as candidates for the 2013 Honorary Mayor of Riverview.  In addition, nearly a dozen new members were also welcomed to the chamber.  The September meeting will be held on Sept. 25.  For information about sponsoring that meeting, contact the chamber at 813-234-5944 or via email at info@riverviewchamber.com.
