My Adventure Garden

In a recent issue I included my email address and invited comments. I want to thank all that responded. I also received many letters. I am pleased that you have taken the time to contact me and share with me your feelings about my articles.

I consider my readers to be good friends that I share my life with. I enjoy my adventures, but I must admit that they are far more enjoyable knowing that all my friends will be along for the ride.

Now that I have an opportunity to hear from you, maybe you will share some of your  adventures with me. If not, that’s okay, I will keep writing mine.

When I first started writing, I was often worried that I would run out of things to say, or adventures. It seems like that problem has not occurred. Thank goodness. I try to make pleasant adventures out of most everything I do. It is amazing what can happen if you only look or expect interesting things to appear in your life. Each week without fail a seed is planted in my adventure garden. It soon grows into an article that I can share with you.

I often write about a subject, and then forget what I wrote. Thank goodness for the memory in my computer. I go to the web address of The Observer News and read what has been printed, and then I can comment when friends say, “I really liked your article this week.”

Letters and emails, I enjoy them all. To think that something that I have on my mind and I am willing to write about brings someone else pleasure, I am so happy for that. Thank you again for your kind words.

Well, new adventures await us, so I better stay alert and tell you all about them in the upcoming weeks.

My “View From The Road” was pleasant and fun reading your comments and thoughts.
