It began with a cold morning and then became a cold and rainy morning. The Ruskin Petfest, held annually at the Ott Off-leash Park, ended with a rainout on Saturday. While the canines in the crowd didn’t appear overly concerned about a little rain, their human, furless companions were less than enthusiastic. The popular event shut down a few hours early. For certain, however, at least one quadruped (left) went home happy.
