Edward Dyczynski

Edward Dyczynski died at Sun City Center LifePath Hospice on May 14, 2008.

He was born in Pennsylvania in March of 1916. After attending the Drexel Institute of Technology in Philadelphia most of his working life was spent in various departments of Westinghouse Electric Corp. After retiring from their Tampa division in 1979 he started a second career as a Realtor with Sun City Center Prudential Realty. “Mr. D” was a member of the SCC Security Patrol for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Lee, as well as a sister and niece in Virginia.


A service was held in the Chapel of Trinity Memorial Gardens in New Port Richey on May 17 where his casket joined that of his former wife, Caroline, of sixty years in the mausoleum.


Friends caring to make donations in his memory may do so with the SCC Emergency Squad in Sun City Center or a philanthrophy of your choice.


Jackie D. Fannin

Jackie D. Fannin passed away May 6, 2008 in Georgia.

He was raised in Ruskin. Some of his favorite memories were fishing and having fun on the Little Manatee River.

A celebration of his life will be held Sunday, May 25 at 2 p.m at the Little Manatee River State Park.

Carroll M. Olson

Carroll M. Olson of Sun City ­Center passed away on Saturday, May 3, 2008. A private family service was held on a family friend’s yacht on Tampa Bay May 16 near Olson’s favorite fishing spot. Services were conducted by Pastor Jack Palzer, Calvary Lutheran Church.

A biodegradable wreath surrounded by red roses representing his wife, Helen; three children, Dianne, Tom (Bev), and Jeff (Jayne); five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren was laid in the water by his youngest granddaughter, Libby Olson, followed by a solo by his oldest granddaughter, Kimberly Cole, after which his ashes were spread in the water by his youngest son, Jeff Olson.

He will be missed by his loving family and all who knew him. It was a beautiful day on Tampa Bay to celebrate his life!



Rosemary Wagoner

Rosemary Wagoner, 69, of Ruskin, FL. passed away May 13, 2008 under the care of Life Path Hospice. She was born in 1939 to Jake and Anna May Wagoner in Elliot County, Kentucky.

Survivors include a daughter, Marsha Beach and husband Steve of Wimauma, daughter Jenny Duncan of Morehead, KY and one son, Keith Douglas Duncan of Emerson, KY.  She was preceded in death by one daughter, Patricia Sue Wagoner.  She leaves behind two grandchildren, one great grandchild, three sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews.  She will be dearly missed by all.
