Open registration has begun for the annual Sun City Center Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament. Don’t forget to sign up! This tournament will be held on ­Saturday, August 23 at Freedom Fairways, a par-63 executive course that will test the players precision and accuracy. Freedom Fairways is located at 3932 Upper Creek Drive in Sun City Center; check-in time will be 7:30 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. The registration fee is $60 per person or $200 per foursome. Not only is this a chance for a GREAT day of golfing, but the monies go towards funding the many Chamber events that benefit this wonderful community.
