By Jerry Foster

Every once in a while we break format just to throw you off.  For last week’s photo, you had to be there, and many of you were.  Our high flying Lambert Marine Construction crane rider was part of the very important Ruskin Veterans Day Parade on Saturday November 8th. I would like to thank all the veterans for their service to our great country, so we can live free.  A special thank you goes to Sgt Jason Pearce USMC for floating by and inspiring such an interesting photo to share with all of you.  Lining the streets on that sunny day were Kevin Gray, Michele Brennan Budd (join the club, those pesky critters were in front of Thriftway Plaza too), Kris (thanks for being there and playing our game), Jerry Alexander (you are exactly right, I’m glad you enjoy playing), Bill Galbreath (close enough, he was watching in a way), Mara Nivens, Cheryl Russell, Wayne Stokes (thanks for the tip, I’ll let you know how it works out), Juan Guerrero (I almost stumped you), Ryan Almand (unfair advantage this week, it was nice to meet your family), Sam Baldwin (we won’t tell anybody about the extra clue), Harold Almand (you didn’t even have to leave the house this week) and coming in right at deadline Wayne Havostal.  Checking if our concrete has hardened from two weeks ago are Dick Morrison (I think they might be parked there awhile) and Dan Bergschneider, who gave me the right answer on time.  I just forgot to write it down (sorry Dan).  As long as we are talking about my mistakes, Anne Perkins’ guess was spot on and on time for the trucks, but her answer must be out in cyberspace somewhere (computers, can’t live with them, can’t live without them).  As I stand and ponder which way to go, what comes to mind is a domino.  A game played in the park by the mill, most certainly by you and quite possibly with a water view.  Where in South Hillsborough is this?  Send your guess or safely folded travel documents to 210 Woodland Estates Avenue S.W., Ruskin, FL 33570 or email
