Girls’ soccer is off to another great start under Coaches Rebecca Wickham and Claudine Sosa. After losing the season opener, the team shut out its next four opponents behind goalie Andrea Owens. The overall record is 5-1. Athleticism is not the only claim to fame for these girls. Girls’ soccer consistently has the highest grade point average among all teams at East Bay. This year is no exception. Teammates Lindsey Rankin, Lauren Verbosky, and Morgan Williams will be the top three graduates for the Class of 2009.
