Luanne DeCarbo, a real estate sales professional in Apollo Beach has joined the Keller Williams Realty South Shore Market Center.
DeCarbo began her career in new construction over 12 years ago. Luanne utilizes the latest technologies, market research and business strategies to represent both buyers and sellers in today’s residential market. Prior to joining Keller Williams, Luanne was with People’s Choice Realty.

Dawn Dougherty, a real estate sales professional in Apollo Beach, has joined the Keller Williams Realty South Shore Market Center.
Formerly with Florida Executive Realty in Brandon, Dawn has an extensive background in Corporate and Business Finance and holds a Masters Degree in Business. She has been in the real estate industry for 11 years, acquiring many industry awards for production and customer service. Along with a successful career in real estate, for 25 years Dawn has been a singer and performer in many area theatre productions, winning the Best Actress Award at the Florida Theatre Conference. She currently performs with the South Shore Sound chapter of the Sweet Adelines International.
