In keeping with the real estate franchise’s core values, the Keller Williams Realty South Shore Market Center recently hosted their First Annual South Shore Cares Walk-A-Thon, which raised over $6,800 for the Sun City Center Lions Foundation.
“We believe in supporting the community where we live and work. It’s our way of saying thanks to our friends, neighbors, clients and customers,” says Team Leader Sally McFolling. “The number of walkers was astounding, and the participation from the local business community definitely contributed to the success of our event,” said McFolling.

According to McFolling, “Keller Williams Realty South Shore chose the Sun City Center Lions Club Foundation for their 2008 charity because the Lions Foundation supports so many local charities, including the Mary & Martha House and Sun City Center Volunteer Emergency Squad. All of the funds raised will remain within the  local community.”
Each year every Keller Williams Realty office chooses a local charity to support. Nominations for the 2009 charity will be accepted beginning in Nov. To nominate a charity for consideration, contact Tina Scopano at (813) 299-7821 or tscopano@yahoo.com.
The South Shore Market Center, located at 6488 U.S. 41 North, Apollo Beach, was established in 2007.  As of June 30, 2008, Keller Williams Realty is the number one real estate company in Tampa Bay in closed volume.

Client Testimonial
“I have become physically stronger, more flexible, better in tune with my body and better able to deal with daily stress in a more even, flowing manner than ever before.  Perhaps one of the most important things that I have gained through my practice is the realization that I am a strong, beautiful, capable woman just the way that I am. Through empowerment, we find strength that we never knew we had!”                   -- Stephanie -- whether that be for weight loss, chronic pain relief, strength building, reducing anxiety or depression, or overall stress reduction.
