Mary Ann Wilhelm, President of Wilhelm Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc., has been selected as a finalist in the small business category of the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 2008 Ultimate CEO Awards.

A Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, Wilhem has been in the air conditioning business in Florida since 1991. Under her leadership the company has consistently won awards, based on sales and customer service.

South Bay Homes Is At Your Service

In early Dec. 2007, Shelley J. Alfonso, broker/owner of South Bay Homes, LLC was proud to announce the opening of her new real estate office. As a native of the South Shore area, Alfonso has been selling homes in the area for nearly 25 years. She was a previous broker/owner of an Apollo Beach real estate firm, and then a member of the MiraBay Sales Center staff and a multi-million dollar producer for four years with them.

After a brief year of working as a broker associate with a local firm, Alfonso decided to once again open her own real estate office. Knowing that in this market clients are looking for flexibility, the premise of South Bay Homes is to offer a Flexible Fee Schedule that will accommodate all real estate clients’ needs.

Alfonso’s sales partner for the past year, Michele Herndon, also made the exciting move to South Bay Homes as the Technology and Marketing Manager/Sales Associate. Alfonso and Herndon will maintain their team status and continue to list and sell homes together. In this tough real estate market this energetic team managed to close well over three million dollars in sales in 2007.

To round out the inaugural sales team, Donna Sims joined South Bay Homes as full time sales associate. Sims is a licensed realtor who joined the company after previously working as a New Homes Specialist for three years with Newland Communities, Inc. at MiraBay.

Sims has first-hand knowledge of builders, home plans, and community amenities in the waterfront neighborhood. She is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. A native of Austin, TX, she resides in MiraBay.

The mission of South Bay Homes is to provide exemplary service to all clients while consistently offering flexibility, integrity and professionalism. When you see the blue shell and key, you can expect integrity and flexibility. Call the office today for a consultation on how this team can best serve your real estate requirements, (813) 641-9201.
