Happy Anniversary to The Fix It Chix
The Fix It Chix just celebrated their two year anniversary. As the name implies The Fix It Chix is a women owned & operated home repair business. To stay current with the changing housing market, the company has begun offering home staging and interior design to their long list of  “to do’s.” The company was started by Lorena Pankotai after she was laid-off by a large home builder. “It occurred to me that there are many single women, stay-at-home moms, military wives and senior citizens with homes that are cautious about having strangers come into their homes,“ Pankotai said. “I thought it would be a good idea to start a home repair business to meet their needs.”
“My motto is, ‘We’re not hairy or scary,’ ” she said. The Fix It Chix offers a variety of services and always provide military and senior citizens with a 10 percent discount. They offer a non-threatening approach to home repairs/home design needs. They offer customers a way to spend their money sensibly. “I like to tell customers that I spend their money like I spend my money...wisely.” Our philosophy is simple: fast, friendly and affordable.
The Fix It Chix is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and rated all As on Angie’s List. The Fix It Chix services Southeastern Hillsborough County.  For more information call (813) 477-5789 or visit
