Benita Barocio
Benita Barocio, 33, of Ruskin, passed away Aug. 3, 2007.
She was employed by Sun Coast Cleaners in Bradenton.
Survivors include her companion, Adan Moya; a daughter Joanna Saldana; two sons, Eduardo J. Saldana and Adrian A. Moya; her parents, Rita Davila and Manuel Barocio; a sister, Alma R. Barocio; a brother, Manuel Davila; and two grandsons, Johnny J. Sanchez Jr. and Jamarion J. Sanchez.
A Mass of the Resurrection was celebrated Aug. 6 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Sun City Center,
Burial was in Ruskin Memorial Park.
Arrangements were under the direction of Sun City Center Funeral Home, Sun City Center.
Marie M. Bauman
Marie M. Bauman, 91 of Sun City Center, passed away Aug. 1, 2007.
She retired as a package sorter for the A&P Tea Company.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Bauman.
Survivors include her son, Frank Schopper; 3 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
Interment was in Holy Sepulchre Catholic Center, Worth, Ill.
Arrangements were under the direction of Sun City Center Funeral Home, Sun City Center.
Fred Earl Chapple
Fred Earl Chapple, 67, of Wimauma passed away July 18, 2007.
Survivors include his wife, of 45 years, Betty; two sons, Fred Earl II and William Ernest; a daughter, Elizabeth; a brother, Chris; six grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held a Zipperer’s Funeral Home from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11.
He will be missed.
Judith Ann Popovich
Judith Ann Popovich, 68, of Ruskin, passed away July 25, 2007.
She moved to this area from, Alabama 50 years ago.
She was Pentecostal by faith. She had many loves but the one that stands out is she loved to work.
She was predeceased by her mother Jewel Gillepsie; and her brother, John Gillepsie.
Survivors include her husband, Jim; three sons, Sidney Smith, John D. Long, and Jim J. Popovich Jr.; two daughters, Angela Popovich and Nancy Long; and 8 grandchildren.
Memorial services were held Aug. 5 at Sun City Center Christian Church.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the American Cancer Society.
