Bob Billa Joins APS, Inc.
Bob Billa started his own plumbing company 11 years ago.  Just recently Bob Billa Plumbing, Inc. successfully merged with a new name in the community, American Plumbing Solutions, Inc. (APS).
 
“Everyone has adapted nicely to the changes. The moving of the offices, the re-lettering of the trucks and vans and hiring of new employees,” says Billa.  APS recently relocated to Boardwalk of Riverview just off Gibsonton Drive and I-75. They have doubled their staff, increased their visibility and enlarged their territory.  APS currently services the South Hillsborough County areas with plans to offer franchising opportunities within the first 2-5 years.  APS is active in the Riverview community and looks forward to becoming more involved in the Sun City, Ruskin and Apollo Beach areas.  currently. They are members of the Greater Riverview Chamber of Commerce, the Sun City Area Chamber of Commerce, and the local chapter of C-12.  Everyone is excited about the services they offer as well as their new membership program that offers 10 percent off their flat rate pricing.
 
While Billa has no plans to retire he would love to fulfill the dream of becoming a missionary with my wife both nationally and internationally.

Local Business Supports Little Hearts
 Beef ‘O’ Brady’s Summerfield held their monthly Community Night in May for Mended Little Hearts, a support group for parents of children with heart disease and heart defects, and raised more than $750.  Beef ‘O’ Brady’s donated 20 percent of their sales for the evening plus the raffle 100 percent of the proceeds from going to the group.  The next Community Night will be June 21 from 4 to 9 p.m.

Brian Weaver Is Exit Realty Apollo Beach’s newest sales associate 


“Oh The Places You Will Go”, this Dr. Seuss classic could easily be the title of a book about Brian Weaver, Exit Realty Apollo Beach’s newest sales associate. Weaver grew up in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, working on the family farm along with his five sisters. After graduating from high school, Weaver joined the Marine Corps. He received an honorable discharge from the military and soon entered the construction trade, working in exotic locales throughout the world including a year at McMurdo Station in Antarctica. Seeking a permanent home in a warmer climate, Weaver moved to Florida, started a transportation business, met his wife Karen and was married on New Year’s Eve 2005. The couple live in Riverview with their dogs Yogi-Bear and Sugar-Bear. Weaver is also a licensed pilot, mortgage broker and financial consultant. “Brian is looking forward to putting his considerable skills to work for our clients, I am thrilled to have such a high caliber professional join our sales team.” said, Henry Brosnaham, Broker, Exit Realty Apollo Beach.
