Sun City Center Agent Is Best in U.S. Mollie Anderson, CPSR, ACPR, was named the 2007 PIA National Customer Service Representative (CSR) of the Year on March 31, 2007 during a ceremony in Arlington, Virginia. The award was presented by the National Association of Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) and was sponsored by Zurich.
