OK, I have to admit – last week’s picture was just a wee bit ubiquitous.  It seems those boardwalks are becoming the craze of developer’s everywhere and, as such, are beginning to appear everywhere.  But, at least, this one had a few clues in it – such as the road sign and the Wal-Mart shopping cart.

Yes, the boardwalk was at the corner of U.S. 301 and S.R. 674 – better known as the location of the new Super Wal-Mart.

Robin Greenwood recognized it, as did Bob Howard, Rosemary Wink (thank you for the kind words – I wish I had some good news about a golf cart path!), Bill Galbreath, Bob Korsch (welcome home!), Juanita Sehorne (good to hear from you), Laura Angier (see below) and Rosella Phillips (Wow!  You could read the highway sign?).

And as is now customary, I also have some unfinished business from last week.  Laura Angier and Barbara Sword both recognized the faucet at Commongood Park.  Laura is now one of few to have two correct answers in a single column.

This week we have something that I am particularly fond of – a hot dog stand.  I have to say, of all the things new development has brought to the area, this has to be one of my favorites.

Where in South Hillsborough is this?  Send your best guess to 210 Woodland Estates Avenue, S.W., Ruskin, FL, 33570 or email
