Get Rid of the Toxins and Debris in Your Body

Oasis Natural Therapies, located at 102 South Pebble Beach Blvd., Sun City Center announced that they are accepting clients for the services of Colon Hydrotherapy and the Ion Cleanse Detox Foot Bath.

You brush your teeth to keep your mouth clean, you wash your body to keep your skin clean, doesn’t it make sense to internally cleanse your body to rinse out toxins and debris?

Colon hydrotherapy is known to be beneficial for many conditions, such as: constipation, diarrhea, gas, bloating, candida, preparation for colonostopy, preparation and post-barium X-ray, lifestyle and diet change. It can help during a cleansing or fasting program to reduce detox symptoms. If you feel tired, sluggish, have brain fog or are physically stuck, colon hydrotherapy could help. See: oasisnaturaltherapies.com for more information.

The Ion Cleanse Detox Foot bath creates precisely the same environment as a walk along the beach, only more powerfully because your feet are in direct contact with the ions being manufactured in the water. Releasing toxins have been known to improve the following: General body well-being, lactic acid reduction, kidney/liver function, skin problems, energy, circulation, pain/arthritis and constipation.

Now That’s A Good Sign

Exit KLM Realty—originally KLM Realty of Florida—is now fully operational, serving buyers, sellers and investors of residential and commercial real estate in Sun City Center and surrounding communities.
In January 2005, three partners, two from the United Kingdom and one home grown American, formed an independent real estate company. Using the last names of the partners—Gina Kerler (K), Raymond Lovegrove (L) and Carl McGary (M), the company now had its identifying name— KLM.

Kerler and Lovegrove, owner/operators of an assisted living facility in the UK, decided after several years of visiting the United States as tourists to work towards establishing a more permanent residency in the USA.

The purchase of an EXIT realty franchise was an easy decision according to Kerler. “When we first heard about the concept and business model that offered so much to customers and to agents, we knew that it reflected our high standards of service to clients and desire for agents to have the earning potential, retirement income and health care opportunities not generally found in other franchises.

Pam Reno, when asked about her move to Exit remarked, “I have been in real estate for many years and worked for several franchises, but was bowled over by what Exit offers to my customers and to me as an agent. My move to the Exit KLM Realty office in Sun City Center has put me closer to my Kings Point home and my customers. The move has been perfect for me.”

Carl McGary, broker for the company, stressed that Exit is the fastest growing real estate franchise in the United States and Canada. “With over 27,000 agents and soon to be over 1,000 offices, the services now available to customers enables us to compete favorably in the market,” states McGary. “Integrity, honesty and fair dealing are critical to any company’s success, and that is what Exit insisted be our minimum standard of service,” was McGary’s final kudos for Exit.

Located at 3860 Sun City Center Blvd., in Sun City Center, the company is adding agents and open for business daily from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday and 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. on Saturday and by appointment on Sunday.
