PISCES (Feb. 20 to Mar. 21) You may feel carefree but you have an inclination to put things off and not finish assignments in time. Procrastination leads to hurried actions that others frown on. Your attention is focused on creative interests, hobbies and romance. You revise an artistic project. Some of you devote time and energy to a charitable organization.
