The New Moon of the 27th encourages you to set up a new budget, but it wouldn’t work any better than the old one. Decisions made regarding money and valuables will have to be remade by the end of September. Partners are sensitive and irritable. Leave them alone.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 to Oct. 22) You will make many mistakes in the next four months but you will be able to sweep them under the rug or give elaborate reasons for innocently doing them. Either you do not understand your true love or you are not being told the truth. Like Aries, protect your health. You should guard against accidents, anger, cuts, burns and careless haste.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23 to Nov. 22) A friend can cause you a great deal of annoyance by forgetting an important meeting date not once but several times, or by relaying a wrong message to you. Love, romance, social life and children’s activities constantly demand your full attention. The threat of flooding at or near your home is very real, so take necessary precautions.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 to Dec. 21) In career matters all is well that ends well even though the path of any project from beginning to end between now and midwinter is full of pitfalls and quick sand. There is nothing peaceful about your domestic life, either. Try to get away on short trips as much as possible. You are experiencing a lot of changes.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 to Jan. 20) Your biggest problem for the rest of this year will involve controlling your temper in any situation requiring communication. It doesn’t have to concern writing or speaking. A look can upset negotiations. The good news is that if you want travel, do it now in spite of some delay and confusion.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 to Feb. 19) You will not be sure just what it is you want to do or be in the next few months, but you know it isn't this! Try to keep discussions about money friendly and low key, no matter how your really feel. You change your mind several times about to handle shared money.

PISCES (Feb. 20 to March 20) People who think of you as always agreeable, calm and unruffled should observe you often from now to the end of the year. Thunder and lightning aren’t usually your style! Fortunately you will blame your anger on yourself. If anything can go wrong, it will. Warn your partner.

ARIES (March 21 to April 20) For the coming month there will be problems concerning your health. It will be very important for you to follow doctors’ orders to the letter. And don’t try to diagnose yourself. If you work for anyone or have any employees, try to keep relations peaceful for everyone during this time. You can make necessary changes later.
 
TAURUS (April 21 to May 21). Friendships are in for a rocky, although interesting, time. You meet fascinating new people or those you already know act in ways that are puzzling and strange and not necessarily friendly. There will be an emphasis on social life, romance, children and creative arts. If anything can go wrong in these areas, it will! Be a good sport no matter what happens.

GEMINI (May 22 to June 21) Everything will be at sixes and sevens at home during the next four weeks and from now through December when you are at work or being in the limelight out in public.
