VIRGO (Aug. 24 to Sept. 23) If you want to take chances with investments that just might pan out for you, now is the time to do it! But be aware you could lose as easily as gain. You don’t seem to be hurting for money and love, so try to be content with what you have. If this seems like double-talk, it is. Some you win and some you lose. You are focused on financial interests and are being forced to consider them from every angle. Basically, you are lucky in one way or another.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 to Oct. 23) You devote extra time and energy toward work-related matters. You get some lucky breaks along those lines even though it is not often clear just what lies ahead for you. Keep a low profile and don’t overplay your hand with regard to what you are capable of doing. Friends are loyal and helpful. You can count on them for advice and instruction. Take care of your health and report any unusual symptoms to the doctor immediately.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 to Nov. 22) Don’t let looking for fun things to do become a chore from now to the winter holidays. Loosen up and watch how creative children make games out of difficult or tedious work situations. You are well thought of in the community by those who are in authority or in position to give you a career boost. Seek them out and indicate your needs. You will be surprised at the immediate and enthusiastic responses you get.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 to Dec. 20) Travel or study or legal or distant matters or in-laws claim lots of time and attention. Some of you will be planning on getting together with those at a distance over the coming holidays. A lake, river or a special cruise figures in your plans. In any case you go way overboard in spending if you don’t stick to your budget. You want the occasion to be special, and it will be. It could be Labor Day, Thanksgiving or Christmas.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 21 to Jan. 20) Emotional communication runs rampant through your life in the next few months and is a constant topic of conversation. This week is a good time to settle on some long-range investment that brings you a sense of security, such as a mortgage or home improvement loan. You make important decisions with partners about joint assets. Either you or a partner is downright stingy so you don’t have to worry about extravagance.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 to Feb. 19) There can be arguments with partners over money as well as over-spending on shopping sprees. You enjoy financial success through your job or you might have an offer of a better paying job. Unexpected expenses come right along with increased income. Partnership matters go well if you don’t let little things interfere with the relationship. Love is in bloom and you and a partner have some delightful times together.

PISCES (Feb. 20 to March 21) You have a lot of extra energy and drive and are ready to put some new plans into motion. You are so busy you are apt to burn the candle at both ends Work goes very well if you don’t overdo it and end up with a return of a chronic health problem.
