Residents Light Up South County for
Fourth

On the Fourth of July, Bahia Beach in Ruskin offered a clear view of
the St. Petersburg fireworks show just across Tampa Bay. The real show,
however, was right on the beach as several residents launched an
impressive barrage of pyrotechnics. Pictured above is one such display
lighting up the night sky. More than 100 people gathered on the beach to
celebrate 227 years of independence.

continue to plant and mulch the median each Saturday from July 12 until the
project is finished.

joining forces to become a strong player in that prospering market.
How will all of the changes effect our communities and area businesses
and what can south county shoppers expect from the future?
