RIVERVIEW - Riverview Shark's running back/defensive back Keon Hines signed a letter of intent for a football scholarship to Wagner College in New York. Wagner is a Division 1 school located on Staten Island. The high school senior clearly defined himself both on and off the field. During an early season game with Bloomingdale, Hines set a record with a 98 yard touchdown return on the opening kickoff. Off the field, he enrolled in a number of honors and advanced placement courses according to school counsellor Stephanie Arnold.
