Yolanda L. Andersen
Yolanda L. Titolo Andersen, 95, a resident of Sun City Center, Fla. for 20 years, died June 15, 2015. She was the beloved wife of 47 years to Harold “Andy” Andersen.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Evelyn Fay Farrell
Evelyn Fay Farrell died March 19, 2015. She was born December 23, 1921, and grew up in the Bronx, N.Y. Evelyn had a PhD from Columbia University, and was a pioneer in Special Education, teaching in New York for more than 30 years.
Evelyn and her husband moved to Sun City Center in 1978. They enjoyed bridge, theater, traveling and golf. After his death in 1999, she remained active in the church and the local community.
She was a lifelong Catholic, generously supportive of her church and many charities. In her later years, she spent much of her time having fun with her family and great-grandchildren.
Evelyn died peacefully at home of natural causes. Peace and love to you, Nana, you are missed.
Evelyn is survived by son Robert Farrell; granddaughters Nicole (John) Humphreys and Jacqueline (Alex) Moen; five great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 27, at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Sun City Center.

Robert E. Held
Bob Held, 90, entered eternal life on June 14, 2015. He was a native of Buffalo, N.Y.
Bob is survived by his wife of 70 years, Zelda (Dusty); son Bruce R. Held; daughter Carol LaRiviere; sisters Elizabeth Root and Delores Behrman; grandchildren Jacqueline and Ashleigh LaRiviere, and Jefferson Held; and great-grandchildren Alexis and Calvin Held.
Bob was a veteran of World War II, having served in Europe as a Combat Infantry Sergeant with the 44th Infantry Division, earning a Bronze Star. He was a 1948 graduate of the Missouri School of Mines at Rolla, Mo., earning a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Bob was a retired federal employee, having served more than 34 years in various engineering positions.
Bob was a charter member of the Sun City Center Security Patrol and served as a patrolman and dispatcher for more than 17 years. He also served as the weekly tournament chairman for the Sun City Center Men’s Golf Association for many years. Bob was a member of the United Community Church.
His cremains will be interred after a private ceremony at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. A memorial service will be held at the United Community Church (United Church of Christ), 1501 La Jolla Ave., Sun City Center, at 2 p.m. Monday, June 29. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
John F. Kuechenmeister
John F. Kuechenmeister, 92, of Sun City Center, Fla., passed away June 15, 2015. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. John enjoyed a very successful career at Western Hills High School in Business Education in Cincinnati, Ohio.He was also a representative for the John Hancock Life Insurance Company.
John was a member of the Eagles, Elks, VFW, DAV, the American Legion, Social Club of Knights of Columbus, the National Association of Life Underwriters, past president of Delta Chapter Phi Epsilon (an Honorary Society of Business Teachers) and past president of the Ohio Business Teachers Association.
He was preceded in death by first wife Muriel Kuechenmeister, son James Kuechenmeister and sister Elaine Dorr.
Survivors include wife of 43 years, Oleeta; son Michael (Cindy) Kuechenmeister; daughter-in-law, Mary Lou Kuechenmeister; sister Janice Kuechenmeister; grandchildren Joe Kuechenmeister, Amy (Karl) Schultz and Daniel Kuechenmeister; brother-in-law Bob Dorr; stepdaughter Rosalind Spencer; and step-granddaughters Kathy Weigel and Kerri (Ronald) Owens.
Funeral Mass and burial were in Cincinnati, Ohio. Arrangements by Sun City Center Funeral Home.
Richard James McNerney
Richard James McNerney, 87, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2015, in Sun City Center, Fla. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Richard and Cecilia (O‘Toole) McNerney. He married Dorothy Meyers in 1952, beginning a relationship that remained strong for 63-plus years.
Survivors include his wife Dorothy; daughters Kathleen Somma and Gia McNerney; sons Richard McNerney and Michael McNerney; grandchildren Ian and Kaitlin; sister Ann Kelly; as well as many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Jack McNerney; and sisters Margaret Ryan, Eileen McGuinness and Mary Nuzzo.
Richard was a Son, Marine, Patrolman, Detective, Independent Businessman, Loving Husband and Devoted Father. He was a man of integrity, moral courage and strength who put his family’s safety, security and happiness above all else.

Robert E. Rayborn
Former resident of Sun City Center, Chief Warrant Officer 4 (Ret.) Robert E. Rayborn (Bob), 77, went home to be with our Lord on June 12, 2015, surrounded by his family. He was a career soldier with 22 years of service in the U.S. Army.
Bob loved his family dearly and celebrated 51 years of marriage with his wife, Sharon. He is survived by Sharon and three children: Stephanie, Robert and Ronald, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on June 26 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at Ridout’s Trussville Chapel, 1500 Gadsden Hwy., Birmingham, Ala. A military service will be held at the Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Hwy. 119 in Montevallo, Ala., at 1:30 p.m.
