New 15,225 SF lease in South Shore Corporate Park
RUSKIN – Richard Ellis (CBRE) is pleased to have represented landlord and developer, Ryan Companies in the lease of 15,225 square feet at Ruskin’s South Shore Corporate Park. The tenant, Stacktight™, will be the first to move in to South Shore’s speculatively built, Building I.

The second phase is slated to have in excess of two million square feet. The park is conveniently located at the interchange of I-75 and CR 674 in South Hillsborough County.
